Full Job Description

  • Work with the business to identify solutions for the enhancement, development and implementation of scalable and robust operating models, ensuring alignment to strategic business initiatives or regulatory technical standards

  • Accountability for ensuring changes are delivered per the agreed timeline, managing efficient implementation and ensuring the initiative is appropriately transitioned / owned into the business

  • Deliver regular updates to business stakeholders through working groups to review the performance in detail to ensure change goals are aligned and monitored

  • Produce required project documentation (including but not limited to) project initiation documents, business requirement documents, project plans, risks and issues logs, status reports, closures reports, lessons learned and post implementation reviews

  • Coordination with the business teams to ensure operating model design, build and implementation is accepted and approved by all business stakeholders, before go live of the initiative

  • Manage the delivery of required business communications, both internal and external, and training to support transition and project closure

    Effective project management skillset (project planning, stakeholder engagement, requirement specification, solution development, risk and issue management, implementation)

  • Demonstrable experience developing project related documentation and maintaining good project governance

  • Experience in translating requirements into solution designs, and facilitating onward prioritisation

  • Aptitude at relationship building with all types of stakeholders, with great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams e.g. across change management, business and third party vendors


  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Ability to manage a number of activities concurrently to achieve successful outcomes for business, colleagues

  • Intermediate or advanced level in all MS office applications. Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 etc) and knowledge of asset management would be an advantage
