- Qualified lawyer/company secretary with extensive experience gained within a financial institution in a Company Secretary role.
- Expertise in corporate governance and strong understanding of corporate governance structures and related processes within the financial services space.
- Strong experience gained working with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be working with a high level of responsibility with a broad focus. The successful candidate will be working with senior stakeholders and advising on corporate governance issues as well as leading on related projects across the group. In addition, there will be company secretarial tasks such as drafting documents, minutes, conducting research and compiling reports.
