Assistant Food Stock Controller

As Assistant Food Stock Controller you will be work closely with the Food Stock Controller and be responsible for receiving food deliveries to the Hotel, checking for any discrepancies and ensuring they are stored correctly. You will organise and issue all food goods from the Stores accurately to the dedicated area/fridges whilst liaising with the Kitchen Stewards to maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of our loading bay/delivery area.

• Someone with experience of manual handling as this role will involve lifting, carrying and moving deliveries throughout your shift
