Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the operations in our new Neapolitan Pizza Restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards at all times.

Duties:
- Assist with managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision and training
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant dining areas and both bars.
- Monitor presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations and practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain stock par levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/ Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in managing financials, including budgeting and cost control.

Skills:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to train and develop staff members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software for bookings, ordering and scheduling
