Full Job Description

  • Act as main point of contact for clients entering into agreements with BNY Mellon Investment Management EMEA Ltd and BNY Mellon Fund Management (Lux) SA

  • Use standard contracts library to prepare standard agreements for BNYM clients (incl distribution -, platform-, fund link agreements, rebate letters, NDAs, etc ).

  • Coordinate between Legal, Compliance, Operations, Client Services, and other relevant departments to ensure the efficient negotiation and execution of complex agreements.

  • Participate in projects resulting from regulatory or corporate changes and ensure agreements remain compliant.

  • Log and report on non-standard terms and obligations.

  • Maintain progress log using contract management software.

  • Identify and implement efficiency opportunities in the legal process.

  • Fully understand and adhere to the company's procedures regarding Anti Financial Crime matters, including but not limited to AML, KYC and sanctions requirements


  • Additional Client Services Responsibilities - primarily as cover:
  • Provide support to Sales Teams with regards to their clients' service requirements

  • Support the client base in periodic or ad hoc client requests.

  • Maintain CRM system to a high standard.

  • Work with relevant departments (e.g., Performance, Client Reporting etc) to ensure client requirements are delivered in line with expectations.

  • Ensure periodic client reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Effectively resolve escalated issues


  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Law Degree required.

  • Knowledge of Asset Management industry preferred.
