Full Job Description

  • We want to make buying and using our business products simple and easy for customers. To make this happen the digital experiences and interactions our customers have with us need to be outstanding.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and day to day management of Vodafone.co.uk/business You'll support all our B2B Customers, Partners and users of our website, working closely with sales, back-office and service teams to understand e2e experiences. You'll be detailing how to better leverage our digital products, to not only improve them but provide customers with access to best-in-class self-service journeys and information.

  • The experiences you and your team design, create and run will be high quality, brand aligned, inspiring…creating those 'wow' moments for our customers and teams alike. You'll work closely with research and insights teams to develop a deep understand of the customers you are designing for. There's also the great opportunity to work with other leaders in the Digital team, including the Digital Product, UX & Design and Delivery teams to provide award winning experiences across sales and service activity.

  • To success in this role, stakeholder management, clear accountabilities and the right level of governance will be essential to ensuring these channels run well on a day-to-day basis. You'll be comfortable generating reporting and insight and using this to further improve your channel and the experience it gives our customers.

  • The role will see you being the face of this channel, which means you'll be building strong relationships within the B2B function as well as with the Technology team and counterparts in other Vodafone markets. You will generate, share and implement best practice to create award winning experiences for customers and users alike., Defining the overarching experience within Vodafone Business for Vodafone.co.uk/business and the approach and roadmap to achieving it.

  • Take accountability for resolving operational issues as they arise.
    Define and lead the governance of vodafone.co.uk/business, working with key stakeholders and technology teams to ensure day-to-day configuration is completely quickly and seamlessly.
    Ensure key KPIs are met, working closely with sales, care, and back-office teams.
    Continually review the experience you provide against competitors and global best practice to continually optimise and improve, ultimately creating award winning experiences

  • Strong understanding of web design and delivery, built from extensive experience in previous Product Manager Lead positions.

  • Previous exposure to and understanding of B2B Customers within in a telco environment.

  • Ability to showcase excellent business partnership and advisory skills with senior stakeholders.

  • Extensive team management and leadership in a similar position in the tech or telco space.

  • Demonstrable data and research led, award winning, design experience.
