Do you have excellent communication skills that would enable you to work within an inpatient mental health unit that constantly strives to provide the best possible experience for our service users and their carers?
Are you looking for a flexible way of working where you can choose when and where to work? Would you like to work full time or perhaps just one or two shifts per week? Are you only able to work weekends?, As a Bank Band 3 HCA you will have a minimum of six months experience working in a caring role within mental health, care homes or as a home carer. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues that contribute to mental health issues and person-centred recovery.

As an integrated Mental Health, Learning Disability and Community Trust, Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including:
+ Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, forensic services including low and medium secure care.
+ Specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
+ Community physical health and well-being services for children and adults.
The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,000 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites.
