Bar Person

Tondu Rugby Football Club are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations

Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service

Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus

Familiarity with food safety regulations is desirable
