Behaviour Support Assistant

Berkeley Green UTC is seeking to appoint a confident, trustworthy and flexible Behaviour Support Assistant to join our friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated team.

The role will include supporting our pastoral support team and lead tutors in shaping and embedding the UTC ethos and culture. This role is the first point of contact for students and parents/carers with any behaviour related query. The role will also include working with students and parents/carers to identify barriers which are preventing them from displaying the UTC values.

Berkeley Green UTC opened in September 2017 with outstanding facilities, in a state-of-the-art building. We provide specialist, high quality technical and academic education for 14-19 students with a strong interest in Engineering and Digital Technologies including Cyber Security. Although we are a specialist centre, English and Maths are very much the foundations on which all else rests. Developing learners who are confident, fluent and creative is a priority for us.
