Full Job Description

We are committed to helping our employees develop their skills and advance their careers. As a BEMS Controls Engineer, you will have access to ongoing training opportunities, including:

  • Early access to manufacturers training programmes

  • In-house training & on-the-job training

  • Industry conferences and workshops

  • Tailored development plans to help you achieve your career ambitions.

  • Mentoring:

We understand the value of mentorship in developing our employees' skills and expertise, and we offer a mentoring program to support our BEMS Controls Engineers. Our mentoring program pairs new hires with experienced engineers who provide guidance and support as they learn the ropes. Or perhaps you are an experienced engineer who would relish the opportunity to impart that knowledge and wisdom as part of your role.

Ideally, you will have worked in the building controls marketplace, or have a strong technical understanding of building system functionalities; have the desire to bring commercial benefit and long-term value to our customers (by using the BEMS to decarbonise buildings or reduce operating costs for example), and possess excellent service skills to engage with our clients.

We have strategic relationships with major building control and smart building technology companies providing the opportunity to collaborate in bringing new products and solutions to market.

You will likely already be a BEMS engineer, or BEMS Electrician, looking to develop your technical knowledge and get exposure to new systems. But if not, and have a closely related experience we have development programmes that can provide the knowledge you need.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage the latest technologies and innovative solutions to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.

The personal development of team members is fundamental to how we operate and your own training and development will be mapped out for you with regular reviews to track progress.
