Your health and well-being matters to us and that's why we offer you the flexibility to do what's important to you, We have a great opportunity for a Bid and Project Manager to manage key projects within the Electronic Warfare sector of our Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) domain who provide industry leading capability and upgrades for Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAV) and Electronic Warfare(EV) for UK and Export markets.

You will be responsible for providing core project management and team leadership in the delivery of key EW projects in the naval and land arenas.

The role is to deliver a number of projects for our key reference export customer. There will be the opportunity also to manage small bids associated with growing the installed base.

Key tasks / Responsibilities :

In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for the delivery of all financials, scheduling and scope across materials and labour for all aspects of the relevant projects.

These projects include a development contracts at varying stages of the lifecycle, production contracts and ongoing customer support and services.

As well as the above, key activities include :

Managing activities with the engineering, production, procurement, quality, and asset management teams.

Deliver the key results and performance metrics, including order intake, sales, gross margin and cash.

Ensure all business planning and reporting is published in accordance with Business directives

Manage all stakeholders; ensuring strong communications are established and maintained
