Full Job Description

This role will see you provide a single point of contact for Vivo to the Head of Establishment and DIO for all Billable Works matters on site, and manage the delivery and assurance of all Billable Works , ensuring that Health & Safety requirements are met.

This role will see you ensure that all Billable Works activity carried out on site is conducted in accordance with JSP 375, provide technical support and advice as required to DIO and HoE representatives, work closely with Mobile APs to ensure that all applicable works conform to the requirements of JSP 375, identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption on site and initiate Billable Works as appropriate by the raising of Statements of Need.

You will also manage FGas and waste compliance within the establishment, support the Line Manager in providing optimal solutions to customer requirements including acting as single point of contact to resolve end user issues, draft Statements of Need to support the Sustain/Maintain/Change Billable Works requirements needed to manage the estate effectively, and ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner

First and foremost, you should be an experienced Supervisor or Manager from a Hard FM maintenance background, with an ONC/BTEC level qualification in an engineering related discipline or HNC/HND in a construction related discipline (or qualified by experience)
You should hold Emergency first aid and IOSH or equivalent qualification, with experience of using CAFM applications and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

It would be beneficial if you have an understanding of energy reduction methods and experience of managing small value projects within an FM environment is essential.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this position.
