Bookeeper

JR Gill Investments is a small, family run business in property and investments. As bookkeeper at JR Gill Investments, you will work within a small, friendly, family focused team. This is a part-time office based role in Leamington Spa that offers flexibility and a great work environment.

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for accurately recording all financial transactions, managing accounts payable, preparing financial reports, and analysing financial data. Your attention to detain in accounting software will be beneficial in this role.,

• Mange all aspects of the company's financial records and bookkeeping


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions on accounting software


• Implement Xero Software


• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions


• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements


• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  
  Proficient in Xero and Excel


• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices


• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping


• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Experience Required: Minimum 4 years Bookkeeping experience
