Full Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and performing various accounting tasks. Your duties will include:

- Recording day-to-day financial transactions

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Reconciling bank and credit card statements

- Generating financial reports using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks

- Assisting with payroll processing

- Monitoring company expenses and income

- Provide assistance with general admin when required

To excel in this role, the following skills are required:

- Proficiency in accounting software like Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks

- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

- Good Microsoft Excel skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
