Branch Manager

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), specialists in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, are on the hunt for a Branch Manager who's as passionate about great service as we are.

We have recently secured a fantastic supply solution with a local Housing association which will incorporate a dedicated store located next to the Jewson Haverfordwest branch providing a solution to provide van stocks and a wide range of building maintenance materials including plumbing, electrical and ironmongery., We have an exciting opportunity for a branch manager to oversee the store, managing a team of people to and co-ordinate our client's orders, arrange collections and arrange deliveries to the local area within agreed timescales. The successful candidate will empower and energise colleagues in order to provide our client with an exceptional service. You'll build relationships with our customer whilst ensuring the branch operates in a safe manner and in line with all company policies and procedures.,

• Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement.


• Build and develop great relationships with our client, their managers and operatives to understand their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions


• Build effective relationships with Suppliers


• Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
  
  Leadership of up to 5 people gained in Builder's Merchant or Construction Supply


• Proven successful experience managing branch P&L


• Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
