As an Business Activity Monitoring - Project Manager - Associate in the Corporate and Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing monitoring and data solutions that drive our strategic goals. You will learn about high-priority initiatives within the Payments space and collaborate with colleagues throughout the firm. • Identifies, improves, and develops monitoring and data solutions that drive strategic goals


• Takes responsibility for high-priority initiatives within the Payments space


• Collaborates with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the firm from other lines of business


• Takes responsibility for payment flows, business processes and data analysis


• Defines the business requirements for development and commercialization of new product capabilities


• Articulates and documents process flows and business requirements including customer interactions and Operations intervention


• Partners closely with Product and Technology partners to help define business requirements for new products onboarding to Business Activity Monitoring


• Collaborates with Tech and UAT teams to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities


• Takes responsibility for analysis, prioritization and exploring alternative solutions
  
  If you have a strong understanding of Payments or at least one business function within Payment Operations, as well as a broader understanding of other areas, including Strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills this is the team for you., Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


• Strong understanding of Payments or at least one business function, as well as a broader understanding of other areas


• Strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills


• Proficiency in data/ data visibility and monitoring apps


• Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
