Full Job Description
As a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice, you will gain on-the-job experience in all aspects of service & maintenance coordination. You'll be part of a team working alongside our experienced administrators & managers to coordinate service & maintenance provision in a timely manner. You will liaise with our engineers and schedule reactive call outs. Duties include: answering & redistributing customer phone calls and mailbox administration.
