We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role is perfect for a driven professional who is passionate about business growth and spearheading strategic sales initiatives in the print industry.,
- New Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities, to expand and enhance our client base and market share.
- Sales Strategy: Expand our customer base and increase market share. Craft and execute effective strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, print managers, agencies, and blue-chip companies.
- Negotiation and Closing: Secure profitable deals and maintain beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Performance Monitoring: Manage and report on your sales pipeline to ensure you meet or exceed all sales targets.
- Industry excellence: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor activities, proactive approach to business development.
Sales experience of 2 years minimum. - Extensive experience in the print industry.
- Deep knowledge of printing processes and the latest industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network building skills and the ability to effectively connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and robust commercial acumen.
- Full UK driving licence.
