Full Job Description

  • Support the development, refinement, and socialization of our business strategy.

  • Support regular reporting on strategy and performance to senior and other stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain the business plan.

  • Support budget and headcount management, including any related reporting.

  • Support the vendor management processes.

  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to strategic initiatives, presentation development, reporting, business analysis, and other projects.

  • Build strong relationships & partner effectively with key stakeholders across various Lines of Business.

    Experience in internal or corporate strategy and business case development.

  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.

  • Able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior management.

  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes and value-added activities.

  • Actively hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a collaborative team player with the ability and experience of working across multiple functional and business groups.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, and superior analytical skills.


  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • MBA highly preferred

  • Financial modelling skills highly preferred
