Full Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join the Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) team operating out of our new Bristol office. You will work within the support services area which provides key services for approx. 4000 employees operating across the UK and Ireland, and reaching into our global activities.

Key activities as part of this role will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Support the capture and review of metrics for our Fleet of vehicles, mobile phones and corporate credit cards, supporting the team to activate new phone contracts, corporate cards and reviewing the usage of company vehicles. Provide support in the management of our online desk booking tool.


  • Creating and reviewing data to underpin our office utilisation from interpreting desk booking app usage and other locally deployed tools.


  • Support our global services to identify data and reporting information to identify the mapping of our facilities globally, looking at project completion forecast dates and priority planning.


  • Opportunities exist to join BGES projects to develop and deliver Sustainability Initiatives across our facilities and improve our office environments to be inclusive and support diversity in the workplace.


  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our facilities to help us provide a fully inclusive workplace.


  • Support the Bristol onsite team in running an efficient office environment though facilities management, front of house support, conferencing and catering requests.


  • Support when required the Front of House reception desks across our 3 Bristol buildings, oversee the arrival of visitors and employees to site, guide them to their conference room/booked space as required.


  • Support in any local project initiatives projects to improve and align the services we provide across our locations.

    The successful candidate will need the ability to work at the Bristol office 3-4 days per week, will be a strong collaborator, working with people on site, and with a virtual team across multiple locations, be flexible to react to emergent needs, be adaptable and hold a desire to learn., Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
