Full Job Description

We are looking for a 'Business Support Administrator' to coordinate and deliver a range of administrative tasks that underpin our daily operations. You'll be highly organised, love seeing things through to completion and work collaboratively as part of a team t o support our departments in delivering multi-million-pound projects across the EV & Renewables sectors.

An idea of what you'll be doing:

  • You'll be the 1st point of contact for our teams around the business, supporting them with administrative tasks, handling queries and escalating to the relevant people when needed.

  • You'll support compliance through completion of licence checks, organisation of sub-contractor information and tracking of site audit reporting.

  • You will be involved in day-to-day purchasing activities, raising purchase orders and organising deliveries as required.

  • You'll communicate with suppliers to ensure the flow of stock & services is maintained and expedited as necessary to remedy any shortages, and report on issues.

  • You will support the warehousing operation, ensuring assets, tools and equipment are ordered, set up and assigned as needed.


  • When you join you will go through our top notch induction and onboarding process, and have opportunities to develop further through our in house training academy.


  • You'll have a proven track record of:
  • Adapting and prioritising, you're able to work in a fast paced environment and have an aptitude for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, you're c onfident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Contribute to process improvements, you'll have ideas and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Problem solving, you remain calm and efficient when supporting the wider team to find solutions in challenging situations.
