Full Job Description

  • You will report directly to the CTO.

  • Improving codebase while implementing new functionality.

  • Lead a team of experienced developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

  • Collaborate with the CTO and Product owner to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Architect and design scalable, high-performance applications using C# and other relevant technologies.

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimising performance and efficiency.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and functionalities into existing systems.

  • Support legacy systems built on older .NET frameworks, ensuring compatibility and stability.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on server-related tasks, including deployment, maintenance, and optimization.

  • Help move the system to new technologies, e.g upgrading our framework from 4.8 to .net 8.

  • Out of hours cover, resolving infrequent system outages.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer proficient in C# to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a right hand to the CTO, overseeing development projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic planning. This role requires extensive experience in C#, familiarity with server technologies, and a strong understanding of various frameworks., Qualifications and Skills"Must have" technical skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on C#.

  • MySQL or SQL

  • JavaScript

  • HTML

  • Css

  • Visual Studio

  • Experience with one of Angularjs/

  • Expertise in .NET frameworks, with the ability to maintain and support older systems.

  • Strong understanding of server-side technologies, such as IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detai1.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
