Full Job Description

Open all year round, our Junior Capital Maintenance Technician plays a vital part in ensuring that everything on our estate is working. You will support the implementation of refurbishment programmes, supporting capital projects within the operations. Promoting a 'first time fix' culture, help to train location operatives to undertake repairs and generate and distribute stock of ACC pack and parts throughout the estate.

Our ideal Junior Capital Maintenance Technician is a dynamic individual who applies a can-do attitude to solve any issues that may arise across our locations. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year. You will be competent at completing general maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable. This job requires independant working with travel away from home (expenses paid and car provided). You need to be resilient, flexible, approachable and a good communicator.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Junior Capital Maintenance Technician to join our team working full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. In return we will offer you a starting salary of up to £27k per annum, a place to develop your skills and the chance to work in some of the UK's most stunning forest environments.
