Aingarth Residential Home is a small family run care home in Rhos on Sea. Our aim is to provide the highest quality person centered care to the residents to ensure their quality of life in enhanced.

We are hiring a full-time carer 36 hours per week for immediate start (3 nights per week)

Night care assistant position 7.45pm -8am

Rota system covering 7 days a week

Care Assistants are responsible for supporting residents with their personal needs, and may be asked to assist with meals, dressing, bathing whilst remaining person centred in the approach. In addition, our Care Assistants are required to ensure residents' safety in the home environment while they are in their care.

A successful Care Assistant candidate will be kind, caring and compassionate.

Experience preferred but not essential, must be willing to do medication training

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record the patient's condition; this includes changes in the patient's condition and responding appropriately to the needs of the patient and family.

Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff using a caring and compassionate tone.

Demonstrate infection control measures.
