Full Job Description

  • Supporting and assessing individuals within their own homes.

  • Structuring personal reablement plans tailored to their lives.

  • Supporting service users to access community opportunities.

  • Working with families, healthcare professionals and occupational therapists.

  • Prescribing and arranging equipment and assistive technology.

  • Supporting service users with their daily living skills. Including personal care, meal preparation & housekeeping

  • Opportunity to train within Lifeline and Assisted Living roles and administrative support within our offices, Due to the location of some of our customers you must have a full UK driving licence and a car.

  • Current right to work in the UK

  • Basic IT/mobile phone skills

    Corserv Care offers a variety of care services and our flexi-bank support workers have the opportunity to receive training in order to work across all of our teams including reablement and domiciliary care provided within the community in Service users own homes as well as more tech interfacing roles across our Lifeline service and administrative support within our offices. If you do not wish to deliver care but our interested in any of the other functions supported by our flexi workforce, we would still love to hear from you.

At Corserv Care you are always paid for a full shift, even in the event of a customer cancellation. This includes travel, and contact time, for a consistent and worry-free hourly rate.

  • A centralised Bank Worker support team to assist you, with availability and work allocation.

  • Excellent Mileage Allowance, whilst working in the community: 45p per mile.

  • Hours of work: Zero hours contract for bank/supply work. Our Care Managers will notify you of their bank worker cover requirements.

  • Holiday: Will be accumulated upon hours worked as per current employment legislation in relation to bank/zero hours contracts.


  • Or become Permanent Part Time: If you wish to change to a more fixed working pattern, then it is likely that permanent fixed hours will be available. A choice of various rotas depending on your needs between 14 to 35 hours. 22 hours per week permanent contracts may be available if you are claiming tax credits.

    Flexible shifts patterns available - AM's only, PM's only, Weekends only or even a combination. You will have a regular Week A/Week B rolling rota to help promote a healthy work-life balance, and for ease of mind.

    Pension: A generous pension scheme with employer contribution (depending on eligibility as per auto-enrolment rules).

    Equipment: A full uniform, full PPE provided, work SMART phone, and lone working device.
