Care and Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care & Support Workers to provide dignified care and support to older and vulnerable clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and a positive, caring attitude.,

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Assist with mobility, including transferring clients in and out of bed and using assistive devices


• Plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed


• Administer medication as prescribed and documented


• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and changing bed linens


• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with clients' families and healthcare professionals


• Actively listen and engage with clients to promote their physical and emotional well-being

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Experience in a caregiving role preferred, but not required

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
