Care Team Leader-Nights

Bluegrove Care Home has a CQC rating of "Good" and is set in a quiet location in its own private grounds. Waterside Care Home is close to local services and amenities. These include a local market, shops and pubs.

We believe in excellent personalised care, and as a Care Team Leader, you'll be providing our residents with support and companionship - really getting to know them as individuals.

Your role will involve personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, updating their care plans, and helping them to remain as independent as possible. You'll also take part in a variety of creative activities - a favourite for our residents!

• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2, and achieved or working towards NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)


• At least two years' experience working in a social care environment - preferably with vulnerable people over 65.


• Good demonstrable knowledge and experience of dementia
