Are you an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse or Social Worker seeking a new direction to take your professional skills and career forward? Have you considered Case Management at ILS?

We are expanding our team of Case Managers in Bristol.
The role is home-based, with consideration to full or part time employment. You would manage a client caseload with visits to your clients' homes within your geographical area.
At ILS, you will have the opportunity to work holistically with clients to achieve their best outcomes. Our Case Managers have a manageable case load with a focus on person centred work, putting the client at the heart of what we do.
Working remotely for ILS doesn't mean working alone. Our Case Managers are supported by a dedicated Professional Mentor who is experienced in case management. You will receive regular mentorship sessions and the support of an experienced Head Office team.
On joining ILS, you will receive a comprehensive induction and have regular, ongoing training and professional development opportunities through supported CPD., You will have experience of working directly with clients in the community and be able to demonstrate your professional abilities, within the field of complex, long-term health care assessment, care planning and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
You must have current HCPC/NMC/Social Work England registration and an up to date CPD portfolio.
