If so, we want you to be part of our team!, Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day operations of our Delivered Catering unit, ensuring adherence to business controls, policies, and procedures. You'll work closely with the Manager and team members to maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, product display, and cleanliness.
Customer Focus: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during deliveries and served bookings, ensuring a warm welcome and promoting our catering service. Respond to customer requests promptly and effectively to enhance their experience.
Team Leadership: Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure that all responsibilities are carried out efficiently and to the required standard. Provide necessary training to maintain consistent standards and keep staff up to date with changes and procedures.
Health and Safety: Uphold legal requirements related to Health and Safety and Food Safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and customers at all times., As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from those who identify as having a disability.
