Chef

Assist the head chef in overseeing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and recipes
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Monitor food stock and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Previous experience as a sous chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations,

  We are looking to hire 2 extra chefs to provide a better work life balance, one of the positions would have the opportunity of moving across the 3 sites at Chattaway Inns (The Farmers, Ulverston, The Rose & Crown & The Farmers Baycliff) covering holidays etc.
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
