Full Job Description
Your duties will include:
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer problems and concerns personally.
- Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
- Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.

- An ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- First rate culinary skills
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide references
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Health and safety and food hygiene certificates level 2, we will upskill to level 3 post probationary period.
Sociable day time hours | 5:30pm finish daily | Up to £12.50 per hour, As a permanent employee of Pugh's, after passing your probation period you will be entitled to the following - 20%-50% Staff Discounts
