We are looking to recruit a weekend practitioner who will observe supervised and supported family time. You will demonstrate:

an ability to work closely and non-judgementally with other people, showing an understanding of boundaries and a commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory working
excellent communication skills with all ages and ability to provide clear, written information
the ability to deal sensitively with people under stress
good IT skills
An NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required.

YMCA Bournemouth Child Contact Centre is a NACCC accredited service supporting children and families to build positive relationships even when they do not live together. We offer a safe and neutral environment where the child is the most important person.

Salary (part-time role) £5,954.00 per annum.

The available role is 10 hours per week on Saturday and/or Sunday, with the possibility of overtime.
