We have a great opportunity for someone to gain broad experience of Civil Engineering within a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy. The role would ideally suit either a school or college leaver looking to take their first step into engineering. Clarkebond are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team in the Exeter office. An interest in construction and engineering and an ambition to progress onto higher education is essential. You will be primarily engaged in CAD, REVIT and supporting the production of plans, designs and documentation for our associated projects across the South West.

You will initially attend Exeter College from September on a day release basis to study the BTEC level 3 Construction and the Built environment and level 3 NVQ Diploma Civil Engineering for Technicians. You will also benefit from the coaching and guidance of our experienced Chartered Engineers.

The role will help the right candidate learn and develop a wide range on skills within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment. You will support the Civils Design group to provide the highest standard of design whilst learning all aspects of the early stages of pre-planning through to post construction.

You will be supported by your team to learn and utilise relevant Civils Design software such as AutoCad, Site 3D, REVIT and Civils 3D.
