Teacher: £30,000 - £43,266 per annum
Visits to the school are encouraged and will give you the opportunity to discuss the post with the headteacher.
The teaching and learning responsibility (TLR) will suit someone who is seeking to have wider impact across a school and/or who may be looking for leadership experience on the path to Deputy Headship. The role would be KS2 based with a core subject and phase leader responsibility. This is an ideal post for a leadership secondment for an existing Phase Leader who is looking for experience in a thriving small community school or may also be suitable for an experienced teacher and/or leader who are not currently school based.

Teacher: £30,000 - £43,266 per annum. Plus TLR2 (£3,214 - £7,847) for the right candidate. Salary within this pay range only, to be agreed at interview.
