Cleaning Supervisor Operations -Reigate, Surrey RH2
We are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisors to join our Operations team.

We are seeking an individual who is a team player, intuitive,, proactive and a problem solver

We have about 15 sites that need to managed primarily in the and Reigate area of Surrey.

At this time the sites are well staff and cleaning standards have been maintained.

The vacancy is for 8 hours initially over time the hours will increase when new business comes on board.

Audits are conducted over a 12 week period depending on the cleaning frequency of the site. We have dedicated software to help you complete audits, risk assessments and monitor staff training. All with the aim to minimise manual writing. Most of our work is streamlined with dedicated software for HR and a communication platforms between the different Departments.

£15 per hour plus mileage

8hours per week (flexible)

BACS monthly

PAYE

You will be responsible for:

• Conduct site visits for new leads


• Meeting potential new candidates face to face and assessing their suitable after stage 1 telephone interviews.


• Inducting Replacement cleaners


• Prepare and generating site audit reports


• Preparing and generating risk assessments to monitor cleanliness and safety on sites


• Producing site specific cleaning specification and daily checklists.


• Inducting new cleaners


• Ensure cleaners adhere to cleaning guidelines and safety protocol


• Follow up with cleaner actions


• Update on stock levels during site visit


• Occasional cleaning cover
  
  Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers


• Strong customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for all individuals in the facility


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Valid driver's license (if required)


• Proficient in English language (verbal and written)


• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Word
