Full Job Description
This full-time role, comprising 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, requires the Client Manager to manage their diverse portfolio of clients from our Hoult's Yard offices. Responsibilities include coordinating bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, and year-end processes, as well as handling incoming communications, inquiries, and mail. The Client Manager will also engage in both online and face-to-face meetings with clients to foster long-term positive professional relationships. Reporting to the Practice Manager, the successful candidate will benefit from comprehensive training and support.

Jaccountancy's business model is to provide all inclusive accounting solutions on a fixed monthly subscription, comprising of services, software and support, the successful candidate well be delivering those services and providing requisite support.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, along with flexible working arrangements, a company pension scheme, private medical healthcare, and complimentary parking. Our inclusive workplace culture is further enhanced by additional benefits such as a £750 bonus upon successful completion of a three-month probationary period, overtime compensation for hours worked beyond 37.5, 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
This role presents dynamic challenges, particularly during peak months such as January and April, necessitating a proactive approach to meet increased demand.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working in an accountancy practice and hold relevant accountancy qualifications. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
