Clinical Deputy Manager

ROLE: CLINICAL DEPUTY MANAGER-Nursing Home, If you are a Passionate, ambitious Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking to make a change then read on!
You will be the Clinical Deputy Manager for a Medium-Large Sized Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities, and your role is to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home to deliver specialist care and nursing services to the residents; to assist the Home Manager in providing high-quality nursing and care support to place the individual at the centre of everything and based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness and Kindness.

Your Role and Duties:
" To assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.
" To co-ordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high quality, person centred care and support in way which promotes: dignity; privacy; safety and independence and which promotes equality & diversity for everyone living and working in the Service.
" To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times.
" To ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home and liaise with external health professionals.
" To provide Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service

" Nurse Qualified with Valid NMC
" Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Nurse Manager
" Caring and Compassionate
" Embraces Leading by Example and acting as a role model
" Experience of supporting elderly residents with Alzheimer's or various other Dementia-related conditions
