Full Job Description

We invite you to join our fantastic pharmacy team in beautiful Devon. Described by our colleagues as a great team to work alongside, with dedicated support to develop yourself as a pharmacist. You will be an integral member of the medicines safety team and provide clinical support and education to inpatient and community teams. You will provide expert clinical pharmacy advice to support our medicines safety governance and training programmes.,

  • A member of the Trust medicines safety team

  • Contribute to the medicines optimisation governance programme and produce shared learning bulletins in response to incidents or safety concerns

  • Review of medicines optimisation training and take part in the delivery of training

  • Contribute to the wider pharmacy team service provision

  • Current registration as a Pharmacist General Pharmacy Council (GPhC).

  • Certificate/Diploma or Masters in Psychiatric Pharmacy practice.

    Our professional responsibility is to reduce the risk of infection to others as far as possible. Getting vaccinated against diseases that can be passed person-to-person in healthcare settings is part of this responsibility.
