Full Job Description
- Manage and collect overdue payments from customers by engaging with them via phone.
- Handle negotiations with customers to set up payment plans that are sustainable and agreeable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and account adjustments.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and issues related to billing and payments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the collections process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Proven experience in a collections role or a similar customer service position - Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Assertive with a positive mindset
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets and delivering results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary package of £25,000 - £27,000 DOE, OTE up to £31,000. - Holiday allowance of 22 days, increasing to 27 days, + bank holidays.
