Communications and Content Manager

The Communications & Content Manager will lead digital communications, media and content strategies for Bath & Northeast Somerset Heritage Services' portfolio of heritage businesses including the internationally renowned The Roman Baths, Victoria Art Gallery and World Heritage Centre. They will also lead on the communications strategy for the Fashion Museum's ambitious capital transformation project. The role will balance commercial and cause-related storytelling and ensure the business and its brands are at the forefront of digital innovation, communications, and consumer PR activity to reach broader audiences, develop loyalty, meet sales targets and maintain the organisation's competitive edge.
