Full Job Description

We are a family run business, with our team of staff who we call our extended family. Our emphasis is always to provide gold standard care/support ensuring every individual's care is person centred. Our personalised home care service gives people the choice to remain independent in their own home, without compromising on the quality of their care.

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent care and support to people within their own homes whilst promoting their independence and respecting their preferences and choices. You will be required to help individuals with specific needs in accordance with their person-centred care plans.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to work full-time or part-time hours to include every other weekend with a minimum of 2 evenings a week. The ideal candidate would have NVQ level in health care / desirable but not essential. A variety of shifts are available which can be discussed further at interview.
