Full Job Description

1. Referral Marketing - Build up and maintain relationships with a network of people and organisations that refer both clients and recruits.

2. Offline Marketing - Develop and deliver a strategy for offline marketing, including PR and the regular distribution of literature (posters, fliers) within our community.

3. Enquiry Management - lead the team handling the incoming care enquiries, ensuring we maximise conversion ratios to grow the business.

4. Community Engagement - Lead Right at Home's promotional activity and community engagement activities.

  • Experience within a B2C or B2B Business Development role is desirable.

  • Passion with the grit and determination to succeed.

  • Willing to go the extra mile every day, and to live and breathe our values.

  • Exceptional team building and management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience within the Health & Social Care sector (desirable but not essential).

  • The purpose of the Community Development Manager role is to drive the growth and brand awareness of Right at Home Cardiff, Newport Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend. You will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships within our business and generating new client leads. You will play a key role in developing and implementing engagement strategies, events, and initiatives that generate additional business, enhance our brand, increase community participation, and contribute to our overall success.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
