Full Job Description

As a Community Relations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our community engagement efforts, building strong relationships with local stakeholders, organisations, and individuals. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our brand presence, promoting our values, and contributing to the success of our business.,

  • Identify and build strong relationships with key referral partners in the local community

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to raise awareness of our homecare services.

  • Act as a representative of the company at community events, groups, and meetings.

  • Create opportunities to deliver group sessions in the local community on topics like dementia awareness

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop community-specific campaigns and materials.

  • Keep a record of all community contacts and interactions.

  • Proven experience in community relations, public relations, fundraising or a similar role.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Knowledge of the homecare industry and healthcare landscape is advantageous.

    Connections and knowledge of the local community would be helpful
