Do you have experience of supporting people who have a spinal injury? Are you committed to making a difference to someone's life?,

  • Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle and comfortable driving a mobility van

  • Flexibility of working 12 hours shifts, both days and nights

  • 6 months UK care experience at a minimum in a professional paid care setting

  • This position requires a lot of moving and handling with and without hoists

  • Personal care

  • Some domestic house duties

  • You will need to be considerate and have an empathetic nature - as well as a patient manner. You will appreciate that at times, our client's situation can lead to frustration but recognize that your participation as a reliable member of his team will enable him to achieve the security that he seeks.

    Our client is a 31-year-old male who sustained a spinal injury, our client lives within his own home, supported by an existing team of carers who help him on a daily basis to ensure his care needs are met.

    Competitive rates of pay - £12.10-£15.97 per hour (plus holiday pay)
