Full Job Description

Do you want that job satisfaction knowing you are supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society?, As a Community Support Care Worker, you will be required to support and deliver our offering of sessional care services to adults & children who have additional support needs due to learning, and / or physical disabilities, or poor mental health.

  • Have previous care experience. This is desirable but not essential, as full ongoing training and support will be provided

  • Be a caring and compassionate person, with a passion for supporting the most vulnerable people in our community

  • Have a calm and flexible approach to work

  • Have a full driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance

  • Be happy to travel in the community to provide care and support

  • Be able to commit to set sessions each week

    Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke domiciliary care and community care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).c

    Build and develop independent living skills such as cooking, shopping and managing finances.

  • Promote social development by supporting the individual to attend activities, such as bowling, swimming and going to the cinema.

  • Promote well-being.

  • Support with a healthy balanced diet

  • Provide companionship.


  • As a Care Assistant with ND Care & Support, your hard work and commitment will be rewarded in a number of ways. You will receive:
