Full Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Quality and Compliance Manager to join our dedicated team. If you are creative, respectful, honest, responsible, brave, and customer focused Altrix would love to hear from you.,

  • Leading a team of Compliance Officers, who are responsible for quality assurance and compliance maintenance of the Altrix Members, ensuring that the Altrix Flexible Workforce meets all regulatory and statutory standards and can provide excellent patient care.

  • Directly lead the audit function of the company ensuring compliance with regulation, legislation, framework requirements and Government policy.

  • Reporting directly to the Finance Director, responsible for setting the team's targets and being accountable for their performance.

  • Motivating and empowering the team to work efficiently, proactively and to the best of their ability.

  • Maintaining and improving quality, audit and governance standards, policies, and procedures across Altrix.

  • Directly lead the audit function of the company ensuring compliance with regulation, legislation, framework requirements and Government policy.

  • Proactively work with the Altrix Technology development team to improve and enhance the functionality and operability of the software and system functions.

  • Work with senior leadership team to improve business operations as a whole and ensure best practice is always followed.


  • Key Deliverables:

  • Successful completion of all external audits

  • Timely implementation and implementation of new of requirements

  • Maintenance of the Altrix Flexible Workforce to regulatory standards

  • To champion quality of service meeting the highest standards of excellence.

  • To work collaboratively with the resources, clinical governance, and regional teams to strive to achieve 100% in internal and external audit.

  • To manage and report on the associated platforms and systems.

  • To control costs, assure quality, reduce issues, and encourage internal and external relationships related to the role.

  • Lead, train and manage the compliance team.

  • Regular travel to all our Altrix office locations.

  • Produce related reports as required by the Finance Director and members of the Leadership Team.

  • Ensure relevant SOP's are maintained and current.
