Construction Site Labourer

You will be involved in various construction projects from start to finish whilst following all Health and Safety Procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for construction
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Assist with setting up and securing job sites

Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Good communication skills to take directions effectively

Our work takes us from Penzance to Plymouth and keeps everyone busy from Mon-Fri (weekends are for relaxing, right?). We are closed on bank holidays and weekends, occasional overtime will be available in the Spring/Summer months.
