    Experience
    Designing and managing large research and evaluation projects effectively through E
    the full life cycle of proposal, implementation, delivery, completion, and postproject

    Overseeing and coordinating tasks across multiple projects, and managing teams of E

    Designing and delivering research and evaluation projects within a strong ethical E
    framework

    Knowledge

    quantitative elements (without necessarily needing in-depth technical knowledge).
