Full Job Description

As the Contract Manager, you will oversee on-site operations, orchestrate the initiation of new projects, and efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects within designated timelines and budgetary constraints. Additionally, your role entails:

  • Engaging with clients to define project scope and objectives effectively.

  • Streamlining project delivery through meticulous scheduling and resource management.

  • Supervising subcontractors to guarantee compliance with project specifications.

  • Upholding rigorous standards of quality and safety across all project stages.

  • Executing comprehensive risk management and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols for each project.

  • Assisting the wider team with tenders and estimating requirements and the coordination of project mobilisation

    We're actively seeking candidates with prior experience in quoting for minor civil works, along with the following:

  • Proven track record in project management alongside subcontractors.

  • Strong communication abilities to foster positive relationships with subcontractors and clients.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining professionalism and supportiveness.

  • Proficiency in various systems, particularly Microsoft packages.
