Contracts Manager

Our client is based in Sheffield and has 5 divisions, Building, Painting, Cleaning, Mechanical and Electrical each with a supportive administration department.

They work throughout the UK offering a full turnkey service on all areas of construction and facilities management.

As a long-standing, family business they pride themselves on supporting the development of employees and ensure they are given the best opportunities.

They are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work within the Painting Division.

The role will consist of:

• Building your own customer portfolio as well as working with existing customers.


• Being able to price your own works.


• Managing operatives and sites.


• Producing health and safety documentation


• Ensuring health and safety requirement are adhered to at all times


• Ensuring a high standard of workmanship.


• Working with the admin team to ensure accurate and timely payment of works


The successful candidate will want to grow and develop their career within this company.

You will work well with other divisional managers and be able to collaborate on projects where appropriate.

You ideally will have previous experience within Painting and Decorating, and certainly within construction.
